The Heidelberg Zoo is located in the Neuenheimer Feld and consists of 5 thermal areas. They have a petting zoo and a large playground for the young ones and the young at heart.

Posted by seal, 13 February, 2008i took my kids here on one fine saturday, it was all their first time seeing live animals that many and was so happy. They enjoy national geographics for kids so they appreciated the visit to the zoo. a very kid friendly place and safe
